RMN

La plateforme de RMN biomoléculaire de l’IBPC est une plateforme de la fédération de recherche de l’IBPC (FR550). La plateforme sert à la coordination de la recherche dans le domaine de la spectroscopie par résonance magnétique nucléaire (RMN) au sein de l’IBPC. La plateforme offre aux chercheurs, étudiants et ingénieurs de l’IBPC un accès à une infrastructure de pointe pour l’étude de macromolécules biologiques et de leurs complexes. La plateforme a été installée en 2016 dans le cadre de l’Equipex CACSICE. Elle est composée d’un spectromètre Bruker Avance III-HD 700 MHz et de diverses sondes liquides et solides. En 2018, grâce à des financements complémentaires de la région Île-de-France et du Labex Dynamo, la plateforme a été équipée d’une cryoplateforme et d’une cryosonde liquide de dernière génération.

Pour les utilisateurs autonomes ayant une formation adéquate en spectroscopie RMN, le temps de spectromètre RMN nécessaire à leurs projets leur est simplement mis à disposition en fonction des disponibilités de l’appareil.
La plateforme propose également des services simples (spectres 1D 1H, 2D 1H-15N, etc.) pour les utilisateurs qui ne disposent pas d’une autonomie suffisante, mais qui souhaitent obtenir rapidement des informations sur leur échantillon macromoléculaire (pureté, état de repliement, homogénéité, etc.).

Pour les projets plus ambitieux, l’expertise et le soutien peuvent être fournis par le biais d’une collaboration avec les membres de la plateforme. Cette expertise et ce soutien couvrent tous les aspects des études RMN des macromolécules biologiques en solution ou dans des environnements complexes, y compris l’expertise dans la préparation d’échantillons marqués isotopiquement, le montage d’expériences RMN, le traitement et l’analyse des données.

Depuis 2017, la plateforme RMN biomoléculaire est associée à l’organisation d’un workshop international, labellisé CNRS École thématique :  » Practical school on advanced isotopic labeling methods for biological NMR « , qui a lieu tous les deux ans (AILM2024 est en mai).
